Now Playing Tracks

andrewdetorres:

Dear Friends,

I know this is kind of late being that it has been a month since this has happened but I figured I’d finally blog about it and see if anything comes of it.

I have misplaced/someone has taken a very dear friend of mine, my Taylor 314 CE.

I bought this guitar 6 years ago, it was the first guitar I had ever purchased myself. Since then I have written and record several Scene Aesthetic/Danger Radio/Solo songs with this very guitar. It has been on tour with me for 6 years and unfortunately since nothing like this has ever happened before I never realized the importance of writing down serial numbers.

When we got to our venue in Las Vegas, NV (Hard Rock Cafe) I noticed it was missing but am positive I had it the day before in Pomona, CA (The Glasshouse). I’m not really sure whether we had left it behind in Pomona and someone picked it up or if someone had just taken it at one of those two locations. I just know that it’s been almost a month and not one day has gone by that I don’t think about what happened to this guitar.

I put up some pictures so you can see what the guitar looks like. It has 4 cracks on the face of the guitar (none of them were made by me) and one on the bottom side. I also put up a picture of the case since there are some very distinct markings on it. I found a picture on flickr that a girl named Amy Fleming had put up, I can almost make out the serial number on this photo but I think I’d need a higher resolution of this picture to be sure of what it is. So if any of you know her let me know!

I have been checking Craigslist almost every day and haven’t seen anything so I have just about lost hope of ever finding this guitar. If you guys could take a second and maybe reblog this it would mean the world to me. At this point if the guitar was found I would even be willing to buy it back from whoever has it in their possession.

If you see this guitar please let me know. Whether it is with a friend of yours or in a pawn shop. I will not press charges or anything. I am just desperate to have it back.

Not sure how many of you are aware but we have been playing music completely independently since the beginning! We love playing music more than anything and this would be an incredible opportunity for us as independent artists. We really need your help to move forward in this competition and help us further our careers!

We love you all so much! Thank you for your support!

So happy to finally get a cover of this up! This is a song that I, and I’m sure a lot of people, hold dearly to my heart.

Watch it! Love it :) and if you reblog this you’re my hero!

Takes two seconds to vote and it would give us the opportunity of a lifetime! Thank you guys so much! :-)
